We analyse your property, its condition, and its repositioning potential. If the numbers work for both sides, we present a concrete proposal. If not, we tell you upfront.
Structuring
We sign a private agreement covering timelines, scope, and conditions. You remain the owner at all times.
Renovation
We execute the full renovation with materials and finishes built to last. In parallel, we are already bringing it to market.
Sale and split
When a buyer comes in, we close the sale and split the net profit 50/50.
